I have expertise working with a myriad of differing age groups and populations, and believe in treating everyone with respect. I specialize in anxiety, depression, teenage to college level challenges and work trauma. My therapeutic style is tailored uniquely to you and is a combination of person centered and culturally sensitive approaches mixed with CBT. Life is too short to surrender to bad relationships, allow trauma to control us, or hold onto past mistakes and I am here to help.
